Here's How it Works
Down Payment: To enroll in our Rent-to-Own program, we require a down payment as Follows:
- Any Building up to$7999 is
$200 Down
- Any Building $8,000 - $11,999 is
$300 Down
- Any Building $12,000 - $14,999 is
One Month Down
Any Building $15,000 - $19,999 is
Two Months Down
- Any Building $20,000 - $25,000 is Three or Fours Months Down, depending on term selected
Simply make the necessary down-payment and sign the rent to own contract to get the process started. . Delivery is included up to the first 50-miles from our Marion location. (Any distance greater than 50 miles, there is an additional delivery charge added). Leveling kits or Block Packages are availble at an additional cost.
No Credit Checks: Since this is a rental program, and not a loan, there is no credit check or credit application required. Just provide a copy of your driver’s license or State issued ID and current contact information.
Flexibility: The rental agreements run 24,36,48 & 60 months but may be cancelled at any time with no obligation. Simply call and request that the building be picked up from your property and we will come get it.
No Penalty Pay-Off: If you wish to purchase the building at any time during the rental period there is no penalty.
Variety of Terms: You also have the option of providing a larger downpayment in order to reduce the monthly payments. Terms and payments vary depending on the length of your agreement. Our sales teams will be happy to provide you with details.
